First a short interview in a call, just average questions. second interview was in person interview with the recruiter/HR and manager. The in person interview took about 1 hour overall.
Career compass program in first year - CCP interview process, one group one individual interview after the 2/3 day program. Very easy and straightforward. Everyone I know got offers for internship.
