I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
It took quite long. First application was to be submitted then they reviewed my application and resume and scheduled the technical interview and there after a digital interview as well and then an on call conversation with HR............................
The first process was an aptitude test which consisted of Verbal Ability, Financial Accounting, Logical Reasoning and Ms Excel basic questions. Next is a video interview where the candidates are asked to introduce themselves and then followed by a pymetrics test and the final interview. I didn't get past the pymetrics test, so for people who are applying, there would prob be models or examples of how it would be, take a note of it and make sure you give the right answers which you think seem appropriate for the job. Nothing is right or wrong but there are, most definitely, certain answers which are appropriate or more relevant for the role they offer, so you must answer appropriately.
Begins with virtual pre-recorded interviews before reaching the step of actually seeing a face. Seems very impersonal and corporate which is somewhat of a turnoff but par for the course with other big 4 firms
