ETS Rater interview questions

No interview process. I Up loaded my resume to the ETS website and was notified a few days later of the position approval. Upon approval of my resume. A week later I was emailed information about training and a subsequent certification test. You are given 16 hours to train and then you can proceed with the certification.

None really- sent in my resume they verified my credentials an then hired. I had to have some papers notarized and mailed in. The process was quick. Everything is handled digitally and I'm sure they check your references. It wasn't an overwhelming experience. It was direct and simple.
