ETS Director interview questions

Interview at ETS if any of the following appeals to you: 1) 5 rounds of interviews with peers and CFO 2) Endless phone calls from the recruiter to schedule the next round AND complete radio silence once all the rounds are done. 3) No clear guidance on where the process is headed. 4) Excel assessment on a weird interface...you heard right...they test all finance applicants, even ones with 20 years of experience, on Excel. This company is high on its own supply. 4) No email response to my inquiry a week after my final round with CFO on what my application status is. 5) Received generic rejection email about 6 weeks later as if I hadn't already gotten the hint that I didn't get the job. Do not waste your time here...
