I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Brighton, Inglaterra) in Mar 2016
Interview
easy interview, just learn about the company and be ready to answer some BS competencies. if you show enthusiasm, you'l get the job. seriously its a joke, and the only reason im actually writing this is because i need to make the 50 word minimum and i'm currently unemployed and trying to find info for a REAL JOB. If only mommy and daddy wouldnt cut me off. If only I invested in facebook in 2006. oh i think im above the minimum word count by now, but im actually really enjoying this as a platform to just ease some pressure. I wish i had friends for that. what am i doing.

Interview
Brief phone interview and subsequent training/assessment weekend. Well organised weekend and very informative. Assessment included a series of short presentations and meeting the management one on one. Included plenty of time to ask any questions to management directly, and anonymously submit any queries we had. Matters such as hours and salary were up front, as were what was expected of employees.
