I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2017
Interview
It was an attempt to an interview via Skype. Skype didn't work properly, which didn't give me a fair chance to present myself. Also, they didn't contact me afterwards, I had to find out myself I got rejected. I think they should reconsider using Skype... it is quite old fashioned and everybody knows Whatsapp works better.

Question 1
What would you do if you were at the station with students waiting for a train and the train was running late?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Dublín, Dublín) in Mar 2017
Interview
A staff member of EF DUBLIN not allowed in hiring people interviewed me by skype, and after 2 months of suspence he finally communicated me that I GOT the role of Activity Coordinator + residence included for summer 2017. After a while I found out that the job confirmation had to come from the Director, not from this guy, so I've been interviewed by the current Director, (impressing him), who took one more month to tell me that my application was NOT successfull. Total timing of application process: 3 MONTHS. Moreover they knew I was waiting for their final confirmation to talke my flight for dublin! No respect, no professionality.
