Where do you see the field going in the next 5 years.
The process started great with the coordination of the 2 screenings and 4 interviews. However, there was zero follow or response from anyone upon the completion of the process. I imagine that they found a good candidate however the way this was handled was horrendous.

They asked a lot about myself and helped me feel comfortable about presenting my best self. I liked that some questions were more fun and casual. It was very different from my previous interviews at other companies and overall, a good experience.
