Dow interview questions

got selected through college, they called us to their office, we were 4 of us(women/BE Mechanical) and they were so welcoming throughout the hiring process, they gave a presentation about their company briefly and the first round was mcq and written, after that we all attended the group discussion round where the topic was about which education system is better - indian or international and India's best and worst in technologies. the final round was HR round and they asked every thing that we had on our resume and asked related questions from the topic that we mentioned that we were interested in, from the MCQ form. they sent us off and after 2 weeks they declared that they chose one from us 4. i did not get selected but the experience was good. if i get the chance, i'd be willing to work in that company in future.

Fairly simple process. You get interviewed by the key personnel you would be working with, and the questions were EHS-related at a basic level as well as experience-related in terms of communication and challenges.
