Dow Mechanical Engineer interview questions

Sat down for about 30 minutes and went through a series of questions from different categories including leadership, teamwork, and others like that. Very "how you respond to situations" type questions. It wasn't bad but was not very fun, the interviewers were very intimidating. The job is very competitive so it makes sense.

Interview with two Reliability Engineers. I interviewed on my school campus. It was a 1-hour behavioral interview with 4 questions. I had time at the end to ask questions myself. This is a great company and I would recommend applying! They're super nice!
