Dow Intern interview questions

This interview was for the Commercial Development Program internship in Midland, Michigan. Two people interviewed me, one asking questions and the other taking notes. All behavioral questions. I had met both of the interviewers at previous recruiting events, and they were nice and young people who also graduated out of Dow's internship program.

First was invited to social dinner with other applicants interview with Dow. Was a great way to meet the people that you will potentially be interviewing with. Interview was with two people, 30 minute interview. A lot of behavioral questions, specifically with regards of teamwork.
