I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dow (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I talked to local recruiters on campus and was invited to an on campus interview after applying. The interview was strictly behavior, pretty conventional as far as interviews go. There were no technically based questions, mainly just based on your past roles and some situation based questions. Make sure to bring a bunch of question since their script runs out of questions pretty fast. Ended up getting an offer but turning it down for another internship.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dow (Houston, TX) in May 2013
Interview
My interviews were mostly done over the phone. I got a few calls then an offer. The phone calls averaged about 15 to 30 minutes with no technical questions whatsoever. Once the phone call was completed, they would give me feedback and tell me whether or not I should expect another call.

Question 1
How would you benefit the company during your time as a co-op if you were hired?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dow (Lubbock, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied through my university to work with Dow. I interviewed one on one with a gentleman on campus. I would say that the interview was pretty basic overall, the questions were simple and many were behavioral. A short time later, after they had reviewed everyone's applications and interview responses I received an offer by phone.
