I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dow (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was really comfortable and engaging so I was able to perform at my best. I had my first interview at a career fair and got a call back a week later for an on-site interview. The interview was one hour long and it was all behavioral questions.

Question 1
Have you ever help other people in your team and what was the outcome?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dow (College Station, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied via my university and also had to fill an online application. My interview was scheduled within a month and was on my school's campus. The interview itself was straight technical and lot less behavioral. However, considering the fact that I was applying to be in the R&D department, this was to be expected. Had to wait for about 6 - 8 weeks after for the outcome. Overall it was a decent experience.
