Dollar General Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

I walked in and inquired about any job openings. I was then instructed to complete an online application. I called the manager the next morning to see if she had received my application. She said confirmed and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview a few hours after that. Interview was extremely easy. Hired on the spot.

Quick just talked about the store. They did not really ask any real interview questions. Was offered the job, but then one manager told the other manager that she called me but never talked to me (which was a lie) and the job was given to someone else.
