Very typical corporate interview process. Far more rounds of interviews than made sense for the position/compensation... more of a "do we like chatting with you" exercise than a true evaluation of ability.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dollar General (Jersey City, NJ) in Feb 2022
Interview
Straight to the point and hours of availability required. Have you ever worked with a co worker that did not agree with you. Have you ever had to deal with an angry customer, if so how did you handle that situation and what was the outcome.
It's pretty straightforward they barely ask you any questions about the interview its just your availability and explaining the duties of the job. You basically get hired on the spot.
