Dollar General interview questions

The interview process followed a typical cadence of human resources screen, call with sr. manager in the building, call with building and HR sr. leadership. This followed with a building tour.

The interview process was straightforward. I applied online and was contacted for an in-person interview a few days later. During the interview, I was asked about my customer service experience, availability, and how I would handle certain scenarios, such as dealing with difficult customers. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, the process took about a week from application to offer.
