Dollar General interview questions

Very relaxed and open. The interviewer was welcoming and friendly. The interviewer bases each follow up question on the response that was given. The interviewer was also very good at asking open ended questions that would allow for the person being interviewed to ask questions in return as the questioning went along.

Literally had no interview, was just hired automatically which was so freaking weird. They were desperate I guess, but still no interview what so ever and this was for basically a management position. I had an employee referral which I guess was why but still sooooo freaking weird
