I applied online. I interviewed at Discover (New Castle, DE) in Dec 2020
Interview
Overall the interview process is fair. If you have prior customer service experience you should be fine. The first interview is a phone interview and basically just asking questions about your resume and experience. The second interview was a Zoom interview due to COVID-19 with the hiring manager. The second interview is more of how you would handle type questions. Again if you have any prior experience you should do fine. Good Luck!

Question 1
Talk about your experience and how it relates to this job
Several typical behavioral-type interview questions. What would your mom say about you if we talked to her? (kind of an upsetting question). How do you get non-responsive co-workers to respond to you?
