Diageo Operations Graduate Scheme interview questions

Multi-stage involving psyrometrics, recorded video interview, real-life interview and assessment centre day. Only made it through to recorded interview stage and was told unsuccessful after around 4 months of waiting to here back. Was contacted by different departments repeatedly through my application process which provided conflicting information. Deadlines given were very tight despite their own inefficiency, and no feedback given as to why rejected other than "other stronger candidates" which I found very disappointing.
