Tell me about you biggest success within the last three years
It was not bad. Only one in person interview was done . Some aptitude tests were also administered by two people. I was called after a week with the offer.
I was required to complete a psychometric test which was really helpful for identifying my strengths and weakenesses in the workplace. The test took around 30 mins and included a series of games and situational questioning.
