I applied online. I interviewed at Diageo (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2016
Interview
Video interview. Process gives you a chance to interview, unlike a lot of other graduate roles.
You get given the question, then a time limit to think of an answer, you then record this. No re-recordings allowed.
1st stage- video interview
2nd stage - group assessment centre. Consisted of 2 group presentations and 2 individual tasks followed by an informal interview. Whole process was relaxed and fun.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Diageo (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2015
Interview
After a personality match, I was invited to complete a digital interview via Hirevue. The questions were competency based, with a data analysis element at the end where you need to advise on which spirit should be taken to market. I was then invited to the AC. This included a group negotiation/discussion, a presentation, role play, group presentation on a new product and a final interview. The final interview was not competency based and only focussed on how I thought the day went. We were told that we would year back shortly on the outcomes. After repeated promises of when I would hear back I only found out I was unsuccessful after chasing up a few months later, leading me to believe that I probably wouldn't have heard back otherwise. Feedback was promised throughout the process but even after chasing up over a month I still have not had any.
