Interview
The Interview process involves several steps.
1. Online general application.
2. Pymetric Game screening.
-It consists of 12 games that each assess individual skills of the applicant and provide an overall scorecard and rating at the end that the company will use to determine if the candidate will progress to the next stage based on their desired qualities vis a vis the candidate's qualities.
-Luckily enough, there are adequate resources online that one can use to prepare for this.
3. Online Video Interview (Hirevue)
-3 video interview questions. Each is timed.
-Only one attempt is allowed per question, so you must be PERFECT.
-Be brief and straight to the point. Use the STAR answering format.
Basically, you just talk to a screen. Think of it as recording yourself answering the questions.
My experience with the platform made me feel this is an unfair evaluation method. I would rather have a face-to-face interview. Makes it more humane.
I guess the next stage involves a physical assessment.
Still waiting to know if I will make it to the next round. Fingers crossed!
