Diageo Graduate Trainee interview questions

Interactive, sessions on role play and analyzing real life scenarios at work. Candidates worked as a team and came up with solutions to questions given. It took an entire day but fun and interactive.

Online application, workplace personality questionnaire (role fit "test"), then hirevue online interview, composed of regular interview questions and data analysis. Experience was really positive at first, the role fit questionnaire was sleek and genuinely helpful for other applications, but the hirevue system was really disappointing. I can understand asking regular interview questions through a pre-recorded platform since the experience is somewhat similar to a face-to-face interview, but it simply doesn't work for data analysis type questions. Haven't heard back, don't expect an offer, but honestly would turn it down based on how frustrating the experience was
