The interview process was well executed for the most part. After initial application and completion of online survey/aptitude test I progressed to the video interview stage. The video interview was convenient as it could be carried out at any suitable time and clips were recorded and saved.
The final stage was an assessment centre in Bailey's, Dublin. There were around 12 candidates and we completed a series of workshops and tasks, both individual and team-based. All day we were scrutinised by 12 testers. At the end of the day we had one on one interviews. These felt like little more than a formality, as I think the decisions were already made at that point.
Overall the process was very intense and they were vague about what role exactly we could take in the graduate programme. At the assessment centre they were vague about what they were grading us on and told us to, 'be ourselves.'
