I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dexcom
Interview
I am a type 1 diabetic of 34 years with 5 + years experience in the field. I was so beyond excited to apply when the UX role was posted. I reached out to my connections at Dexcom, to the recruiters and was completely ignored. I cannot think of anyone being a better fit for UX role than someone who manages the disease and is a user of the product. I was super disappointed to get a generic email sent at 3 AM saying I was not selected for an interview. I am also disappointed by the lack of response on LinkedIn! It’s the only company I have never gotten a response from on LinkedIn. Very disappointed by this process.
Straight forward, three stages. Screening call with TA followed by interview with hiring manager. They used competency based questions and a short scenario to demonstrate approach, followed by second stage with other leaders in the organisation.
