Designit interview questions

Screen was more lively but I didn’t like that they request a take home evaluation before I even had a chance to find out if I would realistically be considered. It was a lot of work for such an early phase in the interview process.

The interview went well. The interviewer was nice and professional and offered to follow-up within the week. Several days after the follow-up deadline I messaged for an update only to never hear back from them again. That is unacceptable considering that they offered themselves to get back to me - even if they hadn't offered, a final email communicating their decision is the minimum one expects from a hiring process.
