The recuriter contacted me first and explained in detail what the process is. She also enquired about domain knowledge. The resume was then forwarded to the recruiter of specific location. She arranged a phone interview/tech screening. The tech screen was again more on methodology rather than too detailed technical interview. After that there was 1 to 1 interview with 3 person seperately
