Deloitte Director interview questions

In 20 years of professional life, I have never experienced anything even remotely close to the terrible experience I've just gone through with Deloitte Australia. I was approached for a Director role via a recruitment agency. I had a sum total of two interviews with two different Deloitte Directors across 4 months. Weeks and weeks go past with no communication between interviews, simply told there were internal delays and illness. Almost no feedback other than I'm definitely a high caliber candidate. Then after almost 3.5 months, I'm finally told that a decision would be reached in a few weeks. 4 weeks go past and I'm finally told they went with another late internal candidate. Worst treatment I've ever experience or even heard of, and I've hired scores and scores of people. It is a very sad statement of their culture, particularly their lack of respect towards people. I've used Deloitte Digital previously as a client but if Deloitte Digital ever come up as a supplier to me, they'll be going to the bottom of the pile.

Good interactive conversation, engaging and knowledgeable interviewers. Some business unit employees displayed aggressive market facing behaviour and expected reciprocation. Not accepting of different cultural approach . However overall good feedback process from main interviewers.
