The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Arlington, VA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Was interviewed through college/campus recruiting. Than was asked to go in for a 1:1 interview with 2 different people for exactly 30 mins each. It's ironic that their mission statement stresses comradery/family while the whole time I felt like cattle moving from one place to another at very itinerized times. The whole interview process was from 8:30am-1pm. 830am-9am breakfast, 9am-10am why you should work for deloitte, 10am-1130am interviews, 12-1pm lunch with recently hired 2<yrs deloitte employees from consultant to Sr. Consultant.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Jan 2011
Interview
First of all, the HR department seems really disorganized, which caused significant delays and miscommunication. The atmosphere is fairly friendly, but has a dull feeling and not inspiring. Interview questions are mainly behavioral and very repetitive. It almost looks like the interviewers were not prepared to do it. A couple of them seemed awkwardly impatient during the process.

Question 1
A couple of them stressed really hard on a skill set that is not on my resume and not required for the job, but is of their specialty. Makes me feel uncomfortable.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2010
Interview
I conducted 2 interviews with Deloitte. The first consisted of a one-on-one interview in which we discussed my skills and experience, primarily those on my resume. We discussed some of the types of contracts the company generally work on. The next interview consisted of a group case study, an individual case study, and 2 one-on-one interviews about my experience, motivation and personality.

Question 1
The group case interview was difficult as ran out of time before we had to present our recommendations.
