They approached me via e-mail, based on my online cv in the University's career center.The whole process is divided in 3 stages: 1) Brief interview - normal interview, covering your background and CV. 2) Assessment Day - Group dynamics where you have to work in a team solving a case-study. By the end of the day you have to present the solution of the case to a Manager and a Partner. 3) Interview with Partner - If you are in this stage you will probably get a job offer. The partner is interested in knowing you to see if you are a good person to work with, asking about your life, why you chose the company, what industries would you like to work with, etc. A couple of weeks after this last stage I received a call saying that I was accepted in the company.
