I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Interviews were arranged with at most a weeks notice through the electronic sign-up system, very efficient. First round of interviews involves a group interview (which is relatively easy to navigate: contribute but don't overpower anyone) followed by a one on one interview looking at your CV, why you applied, and some basic business case questions. The second round interview is with a partner and involves giving a brief presentation on a topic given to you 3 days before the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"How do you keep yourself organised and ensure you don't miss deadlines?" - This sounds like an easy question but it gets harder once you realise that you need to respond with specifics, not just a general 'I try to keep on top of things'.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
I interviewed for a management consulting, Human Capital Analyst position in the fall of 2012. The first interview was with a recruiter by phone and the second interview was with a manager by phone. Both interviews covered my previous experiences and how my knowledge could be leveraged at the firm. Then I was invited to participate in interview day.
Interview day consisted of 3 back-to-back interviews: 1 behavioral, 1 that focused on my experience, and 1 case interview. I used HBR's (Harvard Busienss Review's) change management resources and Case In Point to prepare for the Case Study.
I was informed within 5 days that I was proposed an offer to join the firm.
