Very straightforward interview process. No nonsense. Detailed, but fast. I went from phone screening to offer in 10 days with all of the steps listed below:
1) Recruiter phone screen
2) Hiring Manager interview
3) Case study w/ HM & Director
4) Interview w/ senior leadership
5) Offer call
Most interview cycles I've been through for people management have been 100% situational/behavioral. Mostly conversational. Deel asked aggressive questions and dug into any potentially weak spots on my resume. Their case study was actually what impressed me most. Had to plan, strategize and present on various aspects of manager responsibilities (coaching, performance management, forecasting, etc.)
