Step 1: Call with recruiter
Step 2: Take-home assessment focused on Node.js and SQL, not a hard challenge, and it was similar to real-world problems.
Step 3: Architectural review with engineers that are part of the team you're joining.
Step 4: Call with the CPO.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive the offer; the feedback was they decided to move with somebody else for this position, and because I had short tenures on my resume, they didn't feel I would be in the company for long (which is sad because I've been a customer since 2019, and I was really planning to stay in the company for at least 2 years).
But the recruiter was great; she was transparent about the process all the time. Kudos to her!
