Deel Operations Manager interview questions

1. Intro call, 30 mins, pretty nice and friendly. 2. Analytical challenge. Took quite some time and effort to analyse the data. Unfortunately, no feedback was given apart from a rejection letter. Afterwards, they sent me a survey with ~40 questions about my experience with the application process. No, really? 40 questions after you weren’t able to take 5 mins to provide a proper feedback?!
