Deel Operations interview questions

Invited to an initial interview with the first availability being 2 weeks later. Interviewer was late to the interview, didn't know the role I was applying for and knew nothing about why I was there. Interview lasted minutes with some standard questions about the company and zero about myself. Was advised they couldn't answer any technical questions so should save them till the interview. Said they would speak to the hiring manager and get back to me to then find out the position was filled days later. A very, very poor experience and felt like a complete waste of my time applying and preparing.
