Deel Manager interview questions

Over two years I've applied for two different positions at Deel. Both times, I engaged in conversation with leadership and was told that a specific person would be following up with me. The first time I spoke with the CEO himself and the second was with a different team leader. No one followed up with me either time. This is the weirdest way I've ever been ghosted by a company. And it's happened twice. Is it their policy to do this? Tell a candidate that "X will follow up! Looking forward to talking!" and then ghost? Not sure what's going on there. Only at Deel.

The hr interview went smoothly and he said he would organize the next rounds and keep me in the loop, then I got ghosted. No reply to any emails. I think this is quite rude and disrespectful. Would appreciate any feedback
