Deel interview questions

The interview process was fairly average overall, but the final round left a disappointing impression. I did not receive clear or actionable feedback on why I did not move forward, which would have been helpful for growth and closure. A more structured and engaged final round, along with transparent feedback, would significantly improve the candidate experience.

While the process started off smoothly, the interview itself felt unprofessional. The interviewer joined late and did not seem well-prepared, referencing incorrect details from my CV. There were also assumptions made about my past experience that were inaccurate, and the tone came across as somewhat accusatory rather than open or exploratory. This made it difficult to have a constructive conversation. Overall, the experience felt rushed and poorly prepared compared to other interview processes. I would recommend better preparation and a more neutral, fact-based approach during interviews.
