Deel Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

La persona de RRHH era bastante fría y hacía una pregunta tras otra de forma muy robótica. Fue sarcástica cuando le pregunté si el salario que me ofrecían era el salario base o con primas. Hice algunas preguntas sobre las posibilidades de desarrollo profesional y no obtuve respuestas muy claras. Al parecer, tampoco hay formación interna que te ayude a progresar dentro de la empresa. También hice algunas preguntas generales sobre sus herramientas y no supo responderme. No tuve una buena experiencia en absoluto durante esta entrevista; me sentí como un candidato más entre muchos otros, a pesar de que su producto parecía muy interesante.

The interview process was great (I was sold a dream by the way, how Deel is described to you, will not be what you experience for the most part), but I can say everyone was warm, courteous and forthcoming with how my questions were answered. The interviewers were also really engaging.
