Deel Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Initial call with a recruiter, then a second interview with SDR/BDR manager. From there, if successful, they require you to complete an assignment. The interview process is quite quick and moves fast.

The interviewer was not listening to my answers at all, to the point where she would ask a question I had already answered. She was trying to draw exact parallels between my current industry and tech - which obviously you can provide similarities but not direct comparisons. I felt she had already made a pre judgment of me before the interview which was disappointing. I had been really keen on DEEL however after viewing their Glassdoor, not so much!
