For the demo interview the team member didn't notice I was in the waiting room for almost 10-15 minutes. Additionally, while speaking to the manager they told me "not to work here if I valued work-life balance" - major red flags. They very explicit with wanting people who wanted to work extra, spend their whole lives at work, and focus on climbing the corporate ladder. The manager only could talk about how cool the product was in his eyes and how big the company was going to boom when asked about his favourite thing about working there - nothing about the team, the culture, etc.

Interview with HR, then with the direct manager and finally a case study I had to present to Deel employees, managers.
I didn't get hired after this but the process was smooth and I got a feedback after each call.
