I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Decathlon (Estambul) in May 2019
Interview
It was very enjoyable and the workers there are really nice to you. They help you with everything you need. They dont ask too hard questions. They just want to know that if you really want to work there.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Decathlon (Berlín)
Interview
It was far more like a conversation, getting things straight and knowing around the area, very nice "interview". Most likely, if you get called to the store you'll have a pretty high advantage on getting a job.

What do you like to do? What are you doing here, etc
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Decathlon (Brossard, QC) in Jun 2021
Interview
direct, quick...they were welcoming. Simply wanted to assess your vibe and whether you had some knowledge about the department you were applying for. They gave a tour of the store shortly after. Got an offer the next day. They tend to hire young students.
