Worst interview ever, they have things called sport recruitment day which was a hell, there were more than 500+ candidate in one day, mixed all position, even the one that doesnt require excercise must join, 6x10 sprint, pushup, group excercise like soccer and etc, they eliminate people along the way, so physic is number one thing for them eventho nomatter how skilled you Are, many people dehydrated and feel pain during the test... please decathlon indonesia, fix your recruitment system, ok you are a sport company, but i dont think this kind of thing really necessary, its like you torture people but you promise nothing to us... its 500+ people...in one day, i was so speechless by it.. most of them live outside the city just to do this elimination thingy...
