Interview
Very long process. Contacted by recruiter. Had phone interview 2 weeks later. Waited a couple of months not hearing anything and then they brought me in for a face to face. Was offered position about two weeks later. It was a step by step process interviewing with 5-6 different people.

Question 1
Role playing scenario based on a hypothetical bicycle company owned by two brothers (interviewers). They basically wanted to know how you would improve the company. Very awkward.

Interview
Somewat infromal. I was interviewed by the plant manager and the production manager just standard questions like "tell me about yourself?" I believe I also walked them through my resume. I wasnt very prepaired and did not have a lot to talk about. the interview was followed by a tour of the factory.
