David's Bridal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was a group interview. The manager would ask the group a question; some questions only volunteers would answer, others everyone would answer. I interviewed for a CSR position, but ended up getting the stylist position.

Was interviewed and hired the same day. Two managers interviewed me. Interview was structured more as a conversation. Evaluated on friendliness and positive attitude. Dress professional. May require two interviews.
