Very lengthy process, many unnecessary rounds Phone screening Hiring manager Take home assessment Team 1 to 1 Presentation Multiple Sync ups Every round was excellent, they send prompt feedback and congratulations, finally one fine morning their position is put on hold. In last sync up the skill is no match. Total waste of time and energy. Also their budget is very limited, discuss salary expectations before proceeding. After 7 rounds of interviews they said they will try to match existing CTC.

Process does not align 100% with the job tasks. Too technical for a position focus on sales and customer facing. Overall process is clear and guidance is give all the time.
