I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (Ámsterdam) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process is too extensive, I did well in the initials steps and technical assessment then they decided to not move forward without any feedback, I was very excited about the opportunity but I'm disappointed with the company approach

Tell about a risk situation you faced, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks (Bengaluru) in Sep 2023
Interview
Interview Process:- Hiring Manager discussion followed by 2 technical rounds and then discussion with project manager, take-home assignment, and AVP. Overall Feedback:- Expected some transparency and professionalism from HR. If you are not interested then why wasted my time? Cleared all 6 rounds and after that HR came up with a weird response that my experience and skills didn't align with the position for which I was interviewed and they could offer me a position for which the compensation is much less than my current pay. Please stop giving senseless reasons for rejecting. I would advise candidates to think twice before giving the interview. Don't be surprised if you get rejected even after performing really well.
