We are seeking a Solution Architect to become a key member of our architecture team, driving the design and implementation of sophisticated, enterprise-level technology solutions. This role blends advanced technical knowledge, leadership in technology, direct client interaction, and the creation of thought leadership. The right candidate is skilled at architecting resilient production systems, understands business operations, leads technical teams, and forges strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Transform business needs and opportunities into effective technology solutions
• Oversee a team of technology specialists and assume responsibility for the success of technology programs
• Act as a primary technical advisor for client executives and delivery teams
• Create and communicate solution architectures for enterprise platforms to client stakeholders
• Apply deep expertise in Generative AI, cloud platforms, API development, integration strategies, data management, CI/CD processes, and microservices
• Analyze technology environments and strategies to ensure they meet industry standards and business goals
• Lead the process of selecting core technologies and solution components
• Establish and maintain technology program roadmaps
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams, taking ownership of the end product
• Develop and share thought leadership within your areas of specialization
• Maintain subject matter expertise in relevant technology domains
• Coach engineers and architects, supporting the evolution of architectural standards and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing distributed teams of five or more in leadership roles
• Involvement in at least two complete project lifecycles or participation in several projects spanning different development stages
• Practical experience in software development
• Background in implementing Generative AI solutions
• Demonstrated ability to architect scalable and robust enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical topics to both technical and business audiences
• Experience working within at least one business sector
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, both written and spoken

• Background in industries such as Life Sciences, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Fintech, or Travel & Hospitality
• Specialized knowledge in areas like eCommerce, content management, PIM/DAM, Martech & Loyalty, Search, or Agentic AI
• Practical experience with leading cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Understanding of composable and headless digital architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Relevant certifications in cloud or architecture
• Experience guiding architects or engineers and contributing to internal architecture initiatives
• Advanced technical education or involvement in research
• Experience with public speaking, or publishing whitepapers and articles on technology topics
