The application was consisted of 3 steps. First, a resume and a cover letter to HR. Secondly, a 3 minutes video for the recruiters. In the video, there were 3 main questions. Finally, there was an interview to the managers and the team you are going to work with. Each step was very clear and the company was very responsive and supportive concerning any questions in between.
