DLA Piper interview questions

Before you ever speak to a live person, via phone or face-to-face, they put you through a very time-consuming, awkward "digital interview". A live person asks you a question, and you have 3 minutes to answer while literally talking to your own reflection. It's so impersonal and very hard to accurately convey responses when self-consciously staring at yourself. Then I took a 2.5 hour assessment of my software skills which was fine. But it also included a personality test where you choose which of two statements best fits you. Sometimes neither are very fitting...nor flattering. After committing all that time to the process, I received, via email, a rejection letter (which had a typo by the way - rather ironic!) It was the worst interview experience I ever had.

You take a test on MS Office competencies and interview with attorneys that will be assigned to you. Very nice people and place to work and I would highly recommend them as a no potential employer.
