Very inclusive, organised and friendly. There is a lot of competition and make sure you are confident in taking initiative. First off with a group task, interview and an individual task. Lasted for the day and finished 3pm.
Unprepared interviewers. One of them didn’t even have my resume on hand during the interview and another didn’t even know that their firm operated as a Swiss verein. Besides that, they asked average questions.
Very engaged and welcoming, felt very at ease, Talked through CV and examples of some challenging situations. Interviewer talked through the role and what are the main objectives of the role. Explained how the team work.
