A HireVue screening one way video interview. 3 questions for screening. I don’t think these types of interviews are very helpful to learn more about candidates. It asked broad questions but the times portion was awkward and unnatural.
Applied online and they sent an automated message containing a link to send in a video answering interview questions. Can't even take the time to have humans interview you. The job search is already a hard, consuming process as is and this is not a good impression if the company can't set aside time and resources to actually speak with candidates. They also wanted it done within 48 hours but sent this out on a Thursday late night.
